Host was very responsive, room was clean, and it was overall a great experience. I will definitely be back my next trip to Philly.

Positive: Close to everything downtown 1 minutes walk to reading teeminal for yummy goods and deals Negative: THERE IS NO PARKING!!! You will need to walk about a mile or so, or pay for parking which is generally no in and out garages between $120+ online sites per week 4 nights.

Good place for budget stay. Positive: Location is good, there are good places to eat nearby. Negative: Curtains etc in the room are bit old fashioned, so overall it gives a feel of low budget place, which can be easily improved. The Pin of building entry door should also be given in the arrival instructions. While booking it was mentioned that there is a washing machine, but it was not there.
