Large Historical Center City 1/1 | Sleeps 4

The property is in a nice area, Fitler Square. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and close to everything. The unit I stayed in was nice and clean, however, the bathroom floor by the shower seems like it may cave in at some point. I stayed in the unit near the entrance and it was annoying hearing everyone come and go but I dealt with it as my stay was only one night. The inside of and outside of the building need serious cleaning and work. The hallway was old and dusty and from the outside the building is not inviting at all and there was a lot of trash on the sidewalk. If you want a no frills short term stay in a good neighborhood this is a good option. If you want more luxury, I’d say spend a little more elsewhere.

The place was nice but wouldn’t stay again Positive: Beautiful place. Loved the old fashioned doors and windows. Negative: We did not get a code for the front door of the building, lockbox was in a different spot then we were told. Beds were like rocks to sleep on. There is no where to hang the towels in the bathroom.
