Positive: I like the easy access to the property and we could always find a close parking spot
Negative: There's was a rat that claimed out of the garbage can and ran under the stove, there was construction on both sides of the apartment so if you bring small children it'll be hard to take naps, the floors are thin and you can here every footstep loudlyand all night long, they advertise tea and coffee there were none!!!

Accommodations were great, we loved the apartment, it was clean, and we’d stay again if it’s available on our next trip to Philadelphia. The host was friendly and helpful, communicated well and made wonderful suggestions for area activities and attractions.
