Positive: Kitchen seemed very up to date.
Negative: Floor and railing were so filthy. They are obviously rarely cleaned. Due to the lack of cleanliness I was uncomfortable during my stay. Also the one bed had stains and hair on it. Mouse poop on the bedroom floor

One of the better places I've stayed in Philly (and I travel here a LOT!). Quiet apartment, plenty of street parking, comfortable beds, centrally located. It had most everything we needed and the host is super easy to communicate with. I'll look up this place again the next time we travel to Philly

The property was clean, easy to access, close to alot of attractions we wanted to see, quiet neighborhood. Only Con - the couch was small as far as the back, couldn't sit back because the back of couch was low like a futon. WILL STAY THERE AGAIN IF WE VISIT PHILLY AGAIN .

Great clean house overlooking Fairmont park. Newly renovated and very clean.
