It would have been a five star stay if it wasn’t for the stairs (geesh),,lol,and the laundry situation,,but yet and still,it was a good stay!

It was fine. Positive: Location was convenient. Bed was comfortable. Negative: The staircase was narrow and the carpet was very worn, i didn’t mind carrying bc my bag up but the poor condition of the carpet and the narrow staircase made it more difficult. The shower head was broken and water sprayed everywhere. Water pressure in general was pretty bad and in the evening there was zero hot water. No utensils for cooking. No drying rack for dishes.

Negative: Cuarto piso, escalera muy empinada, no apto para mayores ni para huéspedes con valijas grandes. Carísimo en función de lo poco que ofrece.

Very nice location, close to all the Philly staples, communicative and nice host.

The unit was clean just as pictured my only concern is the water takes forever to get hot and the shower can use a new shower head Britt was a great host and she kept checking on me to make sure everything was okay other then the hot water and shower head I would book again if she would have me ThanksAgain
