Modern, Stylish Center City 1/1 Perfect Location!

Disappointing and was not good value for money Positive: Not very friendly. Entrance was through a Thai restaurant and there were people outside the door leading to the 4 flights of stair climb up. Negative: We booked and prepaid this apartment for three adults. Although the property was advertised as accommodating up to four guests, the third sleeping arrangement was an inflatable air mattress, and no bed linen was provided for it upon our arrival. In our view, the property did not reflect the "modern and stylish" description in the listing. At approximately $344 per night including taxes, we expected a significantly higher standard of accommodation. When we raised our concerns, the host was unresponsive and Booking.com was unable to reach them, leaving us to secure alternative accommodation during a busy graduation week. In fact we needed to miss some graduation events to try and find a place to stay. Overall, the experience was disappointing, upsetting for what was meant to be a celebratory weekend and did not represent good value for the price paid.

Very well located, and reasonable price Positive: I liked the situation, the main bed, and the price. Negative: The second bed was an inflatable mattress of quite poor quality and it was not set up for our arrival. There were no glasses in the unit, and the dishwasher did not work.

I do not recommend Positive: Location Negative: There was a problem with hot water in shower. There was hot water in the kitchen and in the sink in the bathroom but slighly warm in the shower on our arrival. You were not able to wash yourself in comfortable conditions. We informed the owner. The maintenance was called after 24 hours, next day. A man who did not speak English and he was checking the water. He wanted to play as „this is normal, it is what it is”. In the end the water under the shower started to flow as hot one . In my opinion it was just the situation who will claim, he will gain the normal condition. Pity that you have to claim. And one more issue: no information that there is no lift. We had apartament on second floor with plenty of narrow stairs. Difficult for young people . For sure older will not manage.

Disgusting conditions and misleading listing—Avoid! Positive: location Negative: Extremely disappointed. The listing advertised a futon, but we were given two inflatable mattresses instead. Worse, the sheets provided were stained and filthy, and there were no pillowcases at all for 2 people. Despite it being the coldest week of winter, no duvets or blankets were provided for the air mattresses. The apartment was generally dirty, with hair and debris on baseboards and vents. I contacted the host, and they promised to deliver clean linens, pillowcases and a blanket by the second night, but they never showed up and stopped responding. We spent the weekend in freezing, unsanitary conditions. Total lack of basic hygiene and professional service.
