Large & Sunny 1/1 Located Near Rittenhouse Square

Overall it was a great experience very comfortable and I will definitely book again Positive: The property was on a great location plenty of parking and good size rooms had all the amenities Negative: Bathroom was in the bedroom

The location was central to all major areas of interest. The problem is that the apartment is run down. The bench in the kitchen is broken. The bathroom has a metal strip that pokes out of the wall. The paint is peeling and one closet door is off the roller. There isn't a wine opener, face towels, or dish towels. We received the information to access the apartment a couple of hours before our flight left. I will say that Brittani did offered to have a wine opener brought to our house within an hour late on a Friday night. The pictures do not match the experience that my husband and I had.

False advertising! This space was unusable, and they have been slow to refund us even though we could not stay in such t Positive: Very high ceilings, in what once must have been a beautiful building. Negative: Nothing like the photos. Totally rundown, with hole in some walls, shower head taped together, big door to closet missing, stained sheets… and very unresponsive manager who claimed it was just “wear and tear”.
