~Incredible Location! Large Center City 2 Bedroom~

Positive: Location was excellent. Entry instructions were clear. Message response time from manager was fairly good. Negative: The property accepted 5 adults but through out, it seemed that the 5th person - although accepted and advertised for -- was simply a way to get more money. There were only beds and bedding for 4. The blow-up bed, mattress cover, and bedding should have been laid out for us. Also, there were not enough dishes, silverware, or dining chairs for 5 people. On another topic, the set up in the dining area is very dangerous with the raised floor area that is not marked. We had 2 elderly people in our group and they tripped on that step-up. Please mark it. And move the dining area away from it so dining chairs are not at uneven levels.

Let’s just say the location was on point. Everything else, not so much. First, we paid extra 25 for early check in and 25 late check out. Our host had forgotten about our early check in. When we arrived the apartment smelled like Fabuloso. Which is a good smell, but it was so overwhelming we could barely handle it. The shower towels smelled like they we washed in Fabuloso. The shower towels were very crusty and scratchy. There was no ice in the freezer and not even ice trays to make ice. So we had to buy it. The toilet bowl itself has a wall that you need to get around just to sit on the toilet. ALL of the closet doors were broken and not functioning correctly. The ceiling fan lights have bulbs out as well as the bathroom. This place was always so dark. The bedrooms were ok. But no areas to put your suitcases so we had to put them on the floor. Only one night stand per bed. One of the beds was very rickety like the legs need to be tightened. Pillows on both beds were Walmart 5 pillows. The mattress was just ok on both beds. The bedrooms outside windows faced the street so we heard every conversation outside. Even the garbage man fighting at 4:00 was sooo fun to hear. Yes there is a walk-in restaurant below us. We knew this. But what we did not know was right next door was a bar that was opened until 2AM every night. The customers of this bar were coming and going all night. Also very loud. The furniture in the family room was garage sale still at best.

It Was Worth It , It Look Just Like The Pictures And The Host Was Very Fast Responding And Helpful When In Need

Great location. Super easy to use transit or walk anywhere you need. Host was very responsive.
