~Incredible Location! Large Center City 2 Bedroom~

The location was really great. Easy walk to public transit as well as convention centre, tourist attractions, restaurants -- everything I needed for a long work trip. Host communication was also very good. All my questions received a quick response. Apartment was very clean. Air conditioning was comfortable. Wifi was good.Do be aware that this is a city centre apartment: there was noise from the hospital across the street, and bright lights all night. Apartment is also a bit older and worn out, with some water damage to floors and kitchen and older plumbing and appliances. Everything worked just fine, though, and I think the price was reasonable. Again the location can't be beat.

Positive: Ligging en ruimte. Bed- en badlinnen aanwezig. Negative: Geen aparte airco per kamer. Geen verduistering voor de kamervensters.

Good: location is near everything a tourist needs like museums, restaurants, history, price is reasonable for large apartment space, unit is nice enough for price, clean bathroom, air conditioning works.Bad: noise of building fire alarm two nights in a row from 2:30am to 9am. Bar next door had people arguing outside at close next to bedroom windows. No hospitality like coffee or tea. Mid: communication is prompt but didn't get a lot of actual sympathy about the fire alarm until I threatened to leave.

Positive: Location was excellent. Entry instructions were clear. Message response time from manager was fairly good. Negative: The property accepted 5 adults but through out, it seemed that the 5th person - although accepted and advertised for -- was simply a way to get more money. There were only beds and bedding for 4. The blow-up bed, mattress cover, and bedding should have been laid out for us. Also, there were not enough dishes, silverware, or dining chairs for 5 people. On another topic, the set up in the dining area is very dangerous with the raised floor area that is not marked. We had 2 elderly people in our group and they tripped on that step-up. Please mark it. And move the dining area away from it so dining chairs are not at uneven levels.
