Clean and Fair for a 1 night stay. Positive: Location was good, 9mins away from our destination, African American Museum. Plenty of restaurants nearby, including the restaurant downstairs. Staff responded quickly to questions. Negative: Metered parking, only 2 or 3 hour limit. We had unit 5, had to climb 5/6 flights of stairs just to get to apartment. There was no warning. Staff stated the pictures should have told us. Not that spacious, no more than 3 ppl should stay. Water pressure low. No wash clothes, only towel and hand towels available.

The sheets had hair on them, there weren’t 4 seats despite it being a 4 person place, no washcloths, the couch was broken, the first door at the bottom of the steps was repeatedly left open and unsecured.

Negative: Neighbors were loud. House was not clean.
