Comfortable and convenient stay. Positive: Obviously location is excellent, it’s just a shame that centre city locations involve walking out in the morning and seeing people asleep on the ground (clearly not in any way the fault of the property). I also liked the space, the style, the kitchen facilities and seating area, plus air con was a huge bonus. Negative: There’s no lift so carrying heavy suitcases up stairs after a long journey can be strenuous, there’s a broken tap in the bathroom sink, and the walls are very thin so watching tv (even with the sound turned to minimum) or having a conversation during the quiet hours is likely to cause an issue with the neighbours. Although the kids having a party one floor down didn’t seem to mind. For example, I was woken early by the neighbour leaving their flat. I could tell they were trying to do it as quietly as possible, but the ‘clunk’ of the locking mechanism echoed through the hard surfaces of the corridors and straight into my ears. It didn’t bother me because I fall back to sleep, no problem, but if you’re a light or difficult sleeper you might have an issue.

We loved our stay and the apartment was perfect size and location Positive: The location was centrally located to Reading Market and walking distance to Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, Betsy Ross House and the food options were plenty to choose from. Negative: Shower head needs to be replaced and the plug option for the tub doesn't work so if you have kids that need baths that could be an issue. There are flights of stairs to get to the room so luggage can get heavy (just letting you know)

Considering this apartment’s great price & convenient location - across from the convention center, and just a block away from the Redding terminal market, you really can’t go wrong! It’s one bedroom, but there are two full-size beds and a couch that can be converted into a sleeper as well as a few air mattresses in the closet if needed. We discovered the floors were a bit dirty, which we didn’t realize until we started getting into bed and our socks were leaving hair and dust and lint all over the sheets… so bring slippers or crocs or flip-flops to wear around the apartment - don’t walk around barefoot or in socks!! All in all, great little apartment for exploring Philly with the family!

We stayed Sun - Wed during our kids SpringBreak. The property was great and looks exactly like the pictures shown. It was very clean and the directions to get into the property were very helpful! It looked a little shady at first because the door is a side door in an alley but it was fine. The parking deck do the Marriott is right there and you can take advantage of the parking- BUT parking is expensive - it was 188 to park there overnight for 4 days. The reading market is across the street and was perfect to walk to. There is a cute little breakfast place right below the apt building that we ate at. The food was great! The location is close to the 13N train station. There were plenty of towels and pillows. No dishwater so wash dishes in the sink- no biggie! The apt is located on the 3rd floor so the stairs weren’t so fun if you had a large suitcase. We brought our dogs since it’s pet friendly- the only downside is that there is no grass, or dog parks or any park close by. My husband drove to the dog park to get their zoomies out.Highly recommended— it’s small one bedroom but there are 2 queen size beds and great for a family of 4. My older son (12) slept on the futon in the living area. Also- Brittney was very quick to get back to messages- and provided an extended 2 hour check out for 25.
