Good value and location.
Positive: Great value and location. Good linen and towels which I always look for.
Negative: Entrance….from a dirty service road and dirty communal door and area but if you can live with that then you’ll be ok.

Clean and convenient location for the price point. Host was great at communication. Apartment could use a little TLC but we were happy with our stay.

Great place to stay while in Philadelphia city center
Positive: Location was excellent. Within view of reading terminal market. Excellent Internet. Stocked cabinets.

Brittani was absolutely amazing! Very quick communication and you couldn’t ask for a more informative/communicative host! We enjoyed our stay! Cons: This property entrance is located in an alley that isn’t very welcoming (dumpsters of overflowing trash and faces a parking garage) The location is awesome being in Center City but the property itself has zero curb appeal….however being able to walk places and feel safe was more important to us than what the property looked like on the outside. Brittani was so great to work with that the cons didn’t feel that major to us
