Cozy Studio across from Convention Center | 4R

Check in was as painless as could be. Host was super communicative, even offering suggestions for all kinds of activities and food and things to do in the area. Location was great, right downtown by the convention center. Very clean. Bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in my travels. Firm memory foam. This would be the first place I look to stay at if I'm ever back in the area.

My stay was terrible, I would not recommend this place to anyone that does not want to walk up 8 flights of stairs. Ente Positive: The Apartment was clean. Negative: The property was on the side of an alleyway. There’s 15 lock boxes which the key to the apartment sits inside of. Once inside the Air BNB is on the 4th floor so you must walk up 8 flights of stairs in order to reach the location. The photo posted and the actual entrance is not the same. Also they claim to have a “quiet after 10 policy” but the tenant on the 3rd floor was blasting music/ having a party until 4AM.
