8 Minutes to DT | 1/1 w/Parking (103)

The bed was very comfortable and the host Brittani was very accommodating. The area felt secure and was well lit. It was close to downtown, uptown, Greenville Street (so cute), and Baylor University Medical Center (BSWH) which is why I was there. The apartment is spacious for a one bedroom and the bed is comfortable. The walls are super thin so I was able to hear everyone talking in the hall and the side door shutting. You can also hear the people above you walking. Parking was convenient but, the parking lot is very small, so parking is tight from the alley to the parking lot. I would stay here again.

The location was great. Easy to navigate and access. The place was very clean and smelled good. New furniture it looked like that was maintained. My only complaints were: some of the doors do not open/close properly, shower head/faucet do need to be changed out, flooring has some bubbling in certain areas, and you can hear every time walks above you or down the hallway. Overall if you do need a quick place to stay for a night, it does the trick.
