Amazing Positive: Everything Negative: Nothing

It was a nice time and everything went smoothly. Positive: Location was great! Negative: The walk up was rough! Also, there were 5 of us and we were comfortable, but we weren’t entirely sure how the place would sleep 8. There’s were only 3 beds.

If you need 3 beds, can do stairs, and want a location near all the historical sites, then this place is great. DO NOT b Positive: The location was amazing!! It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Negative: It is listed as having 4 beds and sleeping 8, BUT it only has 3 beds!!! The “4th bed” was a twin bed air mattress in the closet. The couch does not pull out and is not a good couch for sleeping on. This unit does NOT sleep 8!!!

Great location for tourist attractions, informative and responsive host and a clean property. Positive: This apartment is in a great location. The property was clean and the host provided detailed instructions for check in/out and was responsive to messaging questions/requests. Towels, linens and kitchen necessities were all supplied, We had a great two day stay and would definitely rent the unit out again. Negative: Not dislikes for us but, items anyone renting this unit need to be aware of. There are three flights of stairs to climb to access the apartment. If you have mobility issues you might want to find another apartment. Also, the bedrooms (one downstairs, one upstairs) are street front so, if you are not accustomed to urban street noise you may want to bring ear plugs - although the neighborhood was pretty quiet overnight for being in downtown Philly. Finally, the bathroom is upstairs and the stairs are steep so - make sure the "old folks" get the upstairs bedroom for those middle of the night bathroom trips! :-)
