Stylish Studio Sleeps Four | 10 mins to DT (B)

Stay has permanent residents with a big dog living above you. Between running around & barking in the middle of the night, couldn’t have 1 full night of sleep.

Positive: Close to everything. Negative: Hair in shower and on wall. Had to clean the ice maker because there was hair in the bin. No lid on the trash can. One light bulb in most areas of the apartment and lights kept flickering. Bed linens and towels had stains. No wash cloths. Blood stain on bed spreads. Centipede near bed and my sister got all bit up by some kind of bug.

I really wanted to take in Philadelphia this year in the 250th celebration and there are many others that do also! This was the perfect place for me. A short walk past cute little houses to the Museum of Art with the Rocky steps! If you were planning on doing the Rocky Run in November this would be the perfect distance for a warm-up walk/run pre-race. A very secure building with electric locks (no worries about carrying keys). Quiet hours. Super clean. Kitchen with full size appliances including a washer/drier. Excellent for a business traveler on a budget.Prompt and polite responses by the host. I would stay here again.

Perfect for short or long stays. Positive: I loved the location I am a Philly native and it was in perfect distance for me to go see my loved ones. Its food options close by and the neighborhood was quiet. Parking was fine for me there are more spots during the day if you come in late be prepared to park a block or so down. My kids stayed with me and it perfect for my family. It comes fully equipped with everything you need. Also I had a little difficulty with the lock upon arrival and the host answered and replied right away would definitely stay here again when I come back home.

Bed was super comfortable and location was nice and quiet.
