Perfect for short or long stays. Positive: I loved the location I am a Philly native and it was in perfect distance for me to go see my loved ones. Its food options close by and the neighborhood was quiet. Parking was fine for me there are more spots during the day if you come in late be prepared to park a block or so down. My kids stayed with me and it perfect for my family. It comes fully equipped with everything you need. Also I had a little difficulty with the lock upon arrival and the host answered and replied right away would definitely stay here again when I come back home.

Positive: We appreciated the set up. Its a cute studio, and we had to do a long-term stay. Also, they were responsive and we had a very comfy stay pillows towels sheets etc. Negative: Nothing actually. I mean it snowed so that sucked but they couldn't control that lol. They had someone come out and salt and shovel. Trash was convenient.
