South Tampa 3/2 w/Backyard | Sleeps 10!

All in all it was a good property for an over night stay. Positive: Inside the home was very clean. Negative: The lawn needed care very badly, 2 hobos out front overflowing with trash, the house had a smell from a soured mop bucket, it needed a few touch ups inside the home. Needed more bath cloths.

Well, first of all it did not sleep 10. And the beds available were at mid par. One of the rooms had four little bunkbeds in there like summer camp or something for your kids so I guess if you’re going on vacation with one other family who has maybe 1 to 2 kids then it will work because it’s only two queen size beds, which would have to be for the parents of course. They were a few things not working correctly kind of damaged but all in all everything still did the job we only needed the residence to sleep for the night.

This stay was a reminder that photos don’t always tell the full story. The biggest issue for us was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the home that was noticeable immediately upon arrival and persisted during our stay. We reported it to the host right away.The backyard was not directly accessible from inside the home. The only way to reach it was to leave through the front entrance and walk around the outside of the fenced area. Additionally, the fence gate was propped open when we arrived, which was not ideal with young children.The living room seating was much smaller than it appeared in the listing photos. The couch comfortably seated only two adults, making the common area feel undersized for a home advertised to sleep several guests. The beds were also uncomfortable and quite noisy with movement.One detail that caught us off guard was receiving a post-booking notice stating that surveillance cameras monitor the building’s hallways 24/7. Since this was advertised as a standalone home, the wording was confusing and left us unsure of where cameras were actually located.On the positive side, the home appeared clean. The sheets and towels were fresh and free of hair, and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay.Overall, this property may work for some travelers, but it was not the best fit for our groups needs and expectations.

Place was small for our party of 10. But it was clean and a short distance to the port of Tampa bay. And for 1 night that's all I needed.

Highly recommend the Airbnb. If you are looking for a great value in an intentive owner. This is your place. We haven’t Positive: The property was in a very well area as we are from around Tampa. The backyard was pretty big. The location made it easily accessible to go to the beaches and or the city. Very convenient. Negative: It could have different furniture to make it more comfortable in the living room, but other than that, it was a very quaint uncomfortable house
