Positive: The property was in a very well area as we are from around Tampa. The backyard was pretty big. The location made it easily accessible to go to the beaches and or the city. Very convenient.
Negative: It could have different furniture to make it more comfortable in the living room, but other than that, it was a very quaint uncomfortable house

Negative: Bare minimum home. Hard beds, cheap sectional sofa, no dressers, not enough kitchen supplies (most cabinets are empty), yard not maintained.

Everything was good other than the fact that there is water in front of the refrigerator every night after you get up the next morning, which I’m assuming there’s some kind of water leak from the waterline going to the refrigerator because that never makes any ice
