Positive: posizione perfetta, 15 min a piedi per il centro, autobus comodi sotto casa, appartamento silenzioso, spazioso e pulito
Negative: pulizia scale condominio, praticamente inesistente

Great location, nice neighborhood, easy to walk to UPenn, Trader Joe's and the Schuylkill pathway. Apartment was clean but had some water pressure issues in the shower. Host was friendly and accessible. Instructions were clear and useful.

Positive: The apartment itself was nice and clean.
Negative: There is no elevator and a lot of stairs to get to apartment I was staying at. If I was elderly or handicapped in any way I would not have been able to carry my large suitcase and carry on up to this apartment. I barely did not having any handicaps or being elderly. The water pressure in bathroom prevented me from having a bath and instead I had to shower, I prefer baths.
