Great location, i will definitely be back, it was my 2nd time staying here.

Perfect location, great communication. Host was very patient with my many questions! I would definitely stay here again.

This property was the perfect place for our trip to Philadelphia. The location is ideal for visitors interested in spending time in Center City. It is walkable to many areas and attractions. The property has a great selection of amenities and is very comfortable. Brittani is an absolutely outstanding host. She provides all necessary information and helpful suggestions for your stay. She responds very quickly, and thoroughly, to every message sent her way and is extremely helpful with anything you may need. The property is extraordinarily clean and spotless inside and provides all the comforts of home. It is important to mention that although the location of the property is in an extremely convenient location in Center City, the access to the property is on an alleyway portion of Cuthbert Street which, if you know Philly, is basically a homeless encampment and toilet area. Being from Philadelphia, I was aware of the condition of that area but chose to overlook that one disturbing aspect because the property is truly in a very convenient area to everything we wanted to visit and otherwise perfect. I'm very happy we did make that choice because the property was wonderful and Brittani was outstanding!

The kitchen was well equipped and the place was comfortable for two people. The host was great, very communicative and answered my questions while visiting. A lot of the issues I had were not related to the actual unit but more the location. The alleyway was unfortunately a homeless toilet. Dumpsters and big city trash to be expected but feces and toilet paper right next to the entry door was
