Terrible management. Many problems with the space. Positive: Very little. Negative: The two lights by the beds did not work. The management refused to provide a simple table lamp, claimed the space has ample light (definitively not for reading at night), and would not come to the space to move the lamps that were on the other side of the room that I could not move. Unbelievably horrible. After the first night I asked to cancel the second because I could not read at night. They refused to give a refund. I would have been happy with just a bedside light. In addition to this terrible customer service, and the lack of light (the lights are shown in the listing photos and are lit in them, by the way), the stairs to the apartment are rickety and covered in a hazardous brown carpet that blends stairs in low lighting. The towels were wet on the bed. The weather stripping on the apartment entry door was mostly off but flapping around loose in the doorway - another hazard. Finally, when the wind blows up Sansom one of the windows rattles very loudly making sleep difficult. Oh, also, absurdly, there’s no microwave. This property is not worth the money they are charging at any cost.

Overall, met expectations. Good communications from the host. Positive: Easy access to the apartment, very clean and great location. Negative: Had to pay for parking, space was a bit small for the four of us. Bathroom especially. Some of the lights didn't work.

Solid basic place to crash during a quick visit Positive: It was a comfortable space and incredibly well located! Negative: I found the amenities lacking. The basics were absolutely there, but nothing extra. (Towels but no wash cloths or bath mats ) Another example is that there is a drip coffee maker, but no filters or starter coffee provided. . . That made it impractical for me to use it for our 2-day stay. Without buying an entire package of filters and a bag of coffee. I feel like those small hosting details can really make the difference in a stay.
