Lovely space; updated and comfortable. Full kitchen is available to cook meals. Wager and Dryer on unit was very helpful. Right across the street from a lively park and down the street from the John Coltrane historic home. Things to consider: no coffee shops within walking distance (closest one is about a 20 minute walk). There is free parking in front of unit but note the street cleaning on Monday mornings (the sign is worn and we didn’t see this information when we parked at night).

Rough neighborhood Positive: Nice kitchen and bathroom. Negative: Very run-down neighborhood. Sofa bed was made of 2 cushions piled on top of one another, basically you had to sleep on the floor. Sheets, pillows, and mattress were uncomfortable. The walls were very thin, you could hear everything from the upstairs neighbors. We would have overlooked the house shortcomings, but we felt so unsafe that we left 2 hours after checking in.

A nice unit, and the hosts were very easy to work with.

Not bad but could be better! Positive: Very close to our event. Even closer to main attractions of the city. Ease of being able to get in and out of property with keypad. Easy to contact host. Negative: Louder than expected while inside of property as you could hear footsteps throughout the building. Poor parking, got a ticket because only street parking allowed. No wash cloths only hand towels. No extra amenities such as coffee or water. Late check in and early check out, very unreasonable being that they charge you to extend. They also knock loudly to get you out to clean which means they clean early and have the rooms sitting.

Beautiful property, but unfortunately too noisy Positive: Clean and attractive property. Negative: The neighbors are extremely noisy; specifically, those upstairs made noise continuously from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM for both nights of our stay. Although the property is beautiful, I find any place where you cannot sleep to be inadequate. I spent two sleepless nights; I appreciated the host's efforts in sending messages requesting silence, so they are clearly trying, but unfortunately, it was a terrible experience for me. A real shame.
