Spartan apartment. Listing says “sleeps four” but there was no blanket for the fold out couch. We did bring sleeping bags and pillows for the people who were sleeping on the couch- if we hadn’t they would have been very very uncomfortable. This is really a two person apartment. Drag racers under our window kept us up all night. However the price was low so you do get what you pay for. Great for a cheap short stay.

I was here for an extended stay. Although the pictures look nice, everything in the apartment is cheap, uncomfortable, and prone to failure. When I arrived in the apartment, the AC was leaking, the front door did not lock properly, and the wall sconces did not illuminate. The lock on the bedroom window was broken, which meant that the noise over Walnut street at night was very loud. One morning there was no hot water. On top if it all, there was loud construction in the apartment next door from 8-5 every weekday, which they neglected to mention was going to occur (they told me they didn't know about it, which is impossible since they owned serveral apartments in the same building). Management was at times responsive, but at other times suggested that no other guest had had problems I mentioned (aka gaslighting me) and that somehow it was my problem that their lodgings were not well maintained. I was very glad to be out of the apartment when my fellowship at UPenn was completed.

This location is extremely walkable and accessibility to public transit is wonderful. About a 10-15 walk to get to from 30th train st station. Getting in the apartment door after entering the building was a bit challenging due to the door’s infrastructure and would recommend owner to make a doorknob improvement to accommodate visitors. Other than that, apartment was as listed and is represented well in the pictures. So many restaurants and cafes around the area. And as mentioned, walking distance to many different attractions in all directions.

Perfect location, and a welcoming host.

Good location but a number of issues in order:1) the front door is missing a doorknob and sticks making it difficult to open an close2) the internet wasnt working half the time even after resetting the router.3) there werent enough towels including hand towels/bath mat4) the heating system was difficult to operate and didnt work as one would expect
