Positive: The mattress on the bed. Negative: It started at the filth at the main front door entrance when you entered the building. Nasty, filthy, dirty. Then no mention of an elevator & having to go up flights of stairs that were completely imbalanced due to the structure sinking over the years. I am 66 years old with a large metal plate in my back holding it together due to an auto accudent, so this was a debilitating experience carrying my luggage up the so-called stairs & trying not to fall. Then I could not enter my apartment because the code failed again & again after a full day of travel & it being 11 pm so I was extremely tired. Then the personnel had the nerve to ask me if I pushed on the door to see if it would open. That was an insulting question if ever I heard one, but she was the one offended by me stating I was not a stupid person & of course I tried to push it open. I even had the people next door try to help me. After all of this, she tells me there are keys in the lock box & gives me the code to open it after a half hour of aggravation. And there being no door knows was insane. You could hardly open the door from inside because it stuck & there is no knob to pull it open . This makes it a safety hazard in case of a fire because you cannot get out quickly. No doorknob on the out side made it nearly impossible to close the door to leave & lock it. I had to make many many attempts at pulling the door by slamming it in order to lock it. I am 66 years old & 4'11", 125 pounds, so this killed my back to do this all the time. Then there was no hair dryer, which was not mentioned, no microwave, not mentioned, and no wash clothes, again, not mentioned. No courtesy coffee, but a coffee pot... really. No bottles of water, nothing. If I had wanted to go out & spend money on all that, I would have been better off at a 4 star hotel.
