Perfect, Cozy Studio | Center City | Fast WiFi

Would not return due to noisy neighborhood and the problems I mentioned. Positive: Clean bed, good wi-fi, TV worked great - at first (then stopped!) Fridge and stove worked. &-11 next door was convenient. Negative: Noisy neighbors (and traffic), Toilet didn't flush right and bathroom was like an ice box (saw no way to heat it). Thermostat didn't seem to respond when I tried to turn down the heat. TV disconnected from internet twice. Got it working once, but not the second time. Front door keycode was fine, but apt. door code wouldn;t work at first, then when it did, the brass bolt plate fell out of the wall, and there's not enough wood there to screw it back it - so security was a concern. >> I originally booked through Sonder, which has always provided me with top notch accomodations for the past 6 years - but apparently they don't operate in Philly anymore. This place was not quite up to the standards that Sonder has set.

Overall a lovely experience! Positive: The studio had everything you could wish for, especially considering the price! Negative: The water pressure is very low, making showing less comfortable.

Good for a short stay Positive: The location was good, with many buses stopping on Walnut Street, making it easy to get around. Having a 7/11 store right next door was very convenient, especially for a quick morning coffee and donut. The room had enough space for luggage and to move around comfortably, and the bed was very comfortable. Negative: The bathroom was quite cold, as the insulation didn’t seem adequate and the room’s A/C couldn’t heat it properly. The water pressure was also low. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a few basic kitchen amenities available, such as coffee, salt, pepper, and oil.
