Practical and functional.
Positive: Great location. Great space.
Negative: Would have been helpful to know there was no elevator. Internet happened to be out in the building that day.

Positive: Loved how close the stores and restaurants and parks were...and very close to the underground trail 🫶🏾
Negative: the light flickering in the bathroom at times got annoying when getting ready to go out, and I wish there were cleaning supplies (multi purpose cleaner)

Negative: None of the appliances were working my husband had to mess with the circuit breaker. I had medicine that needed refrigeration and we didn’t figure it out until the next morning.

Perfect apartment. Cozy, confortable, Great location.
Positive: Great location. You Can walk everywhere and it is safe. The apartment is super cozy and clean. No noices. AC works perfect. Kitchen perfect. Everything perfect.
