Lovely 1/1 Center City | King Bed | Sleeper Sofa

Good location in Center City with close proximity to many major Philly attractions. But this particular unit needed some attention, the door clearance was much too large allowing for little critters (bugs)to enter the premises, the kitchen had an odor which seemed to come from the cleaning supplies (mops, rags or broom); that were left behind from the cleaning people(not good) electrical outlets needed updating as well. Furniture in the living space was subpar! The bed was great, large and comfy! But other than those things mentioned it was just okay! It just needs some TLC!

The building is trashy. The outside is very dirty, trash is all over the place. The hallway is very smell, the room hardwood floor makes a lot of noise. The only reason I booked this place because I needed a place to crash and head out to New York. Thanks

Excellent location to Rittenhouse Square. Apartment as described. Host was very responsive

Firstly, we slept soundly and comfortably. Secondly, the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood is safe and charming. Thirdly, the property was as advertised and we found it roomy and charming. It’s city parking. Get what you can in a place you feel comfortable. We walked to: Independence Hall, Penn, Reading Market, etc. The management was attentive. If cooking your meals: request extra paper towels, dish towels and wash clothes. I liked the Roku tv. Recommended!

Brittani was very responsive as a host. The place was clean and exactly as pictured. The bed was very comfortable, and in a great location. I would stay here again.
