Positive: Location, close to downtown
Negative: The stairs entering the apt need to be a warning for future bookings. The air conditioner is very loud in the living room, the upstairs patio was very weathered.The sink in the kitchen leaked while using, the main bathroom shower didn't drain properly. Over all it was a good location if you want to site see.

Negative: The faucet in the kitchen really needs to be replaced. Sharp knives and kitchen towels would be helpful.
