Studio w/Terrace | Street Parking | 10 min to DT

Clean , comfortable and host was very nice . Would definitely recommend a stay !

The studio apt. was in a convenient location for us and was very adequate for our recent stay. Pros: Clean overall, nice bathroom with large shower, good lighting, street parking was never a problem, host was very responsive, terrace overlooking street and park was nice. Cons: no luggage racks or place to put suitcases, upholstered chair and sofa were stained and dirty, internet was rather slow.

Positive: Nice and quiet

Positive: Everything !

Negative: I tried sending this message to the "property management" but never really had a sense of communicat- ing with live owners or agent. Hello, I just checked out of the studio (about 2 AM, Thursday, 6/18) and wanted to address some concerns regarding the condition in which I found the apartment. It was left in an unsatisfactory state by the previous occupants, with unchanged bedding and towels, dirty dishes in the sink, and a full trash bag that included pizza boxes and liquor bottles. I have pictures and a detailed description of these issues. I took the time to clean and organize the space before leaving, and I believe I left it in better shape than I found it. Could you please look into this matter? Thank you! 01:28 How do I know my message is reaching anyone who matters or can communicate with me about the issues noted? 09:42 Sent from my T-Mobile 5G Device Get Outlook for Android
