Very welcoming, kinda annoyed that we had picked the location for the free parking and terrace, trying to be respectful of the smoking policy and both needed to be shoveled out. We were understanding as we got a lot of snow, but that was a week prior, however if you're charging people for these amenities itd be beneficial for it to be accessible year round

Didn't sleep a wink, upstairs neighbors having a party w/ heels on hardwood floor from 8pm to 8am
Negative: Absolutely useless host, I appreciate it booked via unchangeable booking but is it that much to ask to extend my stay by 1 additional night? instead I got trapped in a circle of doom getting signposted to customer service and the host and back again. After the noise in the building, wouldnt have wanted to stay longer anyways.
