Negative: I tried sending this message to the "property management" but never really had a sense of communicat- ing with live owners or agent. Hello, I just checked out of the studio (about 2 AM, Thursday, 6/18) and wanted to address some concerns regarding the condition in which I found the apartment. It was left in an unsatisfactory state by the previous occupants, with unchanged bedding and towels, dirty dishes in the sink, and a full trash bag that included pizza boxes and liquor bottles. I have pictures and a detailed description of these issues. I took the time to clean and organize the space before leaving, and I believe I left it in better shape than I found it. Could you please look into this matter? Cute apartment with nice terrace with uncomfortable bed. Positive: Location, nice terrace, huge bathroom, easy parking Negative: The bed was very uncomfortable. I’m not even sure if there was a proper mattress on the frame or just some thick sponges. It sagged in the middle so we immediately rolled into the middle. It was very soft and I could not get comfortable in there. The upholstery of the couch and chair needs to be cleaned. Toilette paper holder and the towel rack need to be secured to the wall as they are dipping down and soon they will be falling out. The bathroom sink seems to be hand-fabricated and it is kinda rotting and not level. It would be such a lovely place if it got a little TLC!

Very entertaining getaway Positive: Great space

Very welcoming, kinda annoyed that we had picked the location for the free parking and terrace, trying to be respectful of the smoking policy and both needed to be shoveled out. We were understanding as we got a lot of snow, but that was a week prior, however if you're charging people for these amenities itd be beneficial for it to be accessible year round
