Decent space for large groups: High hopes but some problems Positive: Easy check-in. Location worked for our needs, with parking options and the river nearby. Some good food/beverage options in the neighborhood though street noise is quite loud in the front bedroom. The interior was clean and newish looking, the right size for our group, and decently furnished though with some rundown spots (e.g., bathroom ceiling) .The kitchen/living area was useful. Property owner/manager was communicativea and responded promptly. Negative: The building is a bit rundown, and the air conditioning in one room is extremely noisy..The beds in the other room were somewhat flimsy, and my son's bed collapsed when he rolled over in the middle of the night. That's when we saw both beds in that room were held together with zipties. We requested a $200 good faith reimbursement on the overall price for the night ($1200). The property owner refused.

OK for 4 people, but not sure how 14 people would fit, or sit. Positive: Good location, and easy access to transportation. It was clean, newly furnished and painted. Good communication and responsive staff. Keypad entry (street and apartment) Negative: The beds were not very comfortable. In both rooms, the beds covered part of the closet folding doors, making them unusable. One of the closets had random stuff (empty boxes, carpet) taking up much of the space. All the glasses and plates were plastic and already scratched.A random set of wine glasses. They do not provide hand towels or bath mats (only bath towels) Very noise heating/AC. Check-out at 10 am
