OK for 4 people, but not sure how 14 people would fit, or sit.
Positive: Good location, and easy access to transportation. It was clean, newly furnished and painted. Good communication and responsive staff. Keypad entry (street and
apartment)
Negative: The beds were not very comfortable. In both rooms, the beds covered part of the closet folding doors, making them unusable. One of the closets had random stuff (empty boxes, carpet) taking up much of the space.
All the glasses and plates were plastic and already scratched.A random set of wine glasses.
They do not provide hand towels or bath mats (only bath towels)
Very noise heating/AC.
