The property is in Fairmont, not Spring Garden. With only three beds, how can you advertise that it sleeps up to 8. There was not nearly enough sitting nor eating areas. The hallway had mattresses and other debris (probably a fire hazard). Too much trash was piled up outside the door.

Place was clean and in the center of the city. Host was very responsive.

The apartment was clean and in a nice neighborhood. I got a little confused at first, I wasn't sure which door to go to. The host responded in a timely manner. There are different restaurants near by and also a park. I traveled with my family and my children. I was a bit confused by the street parking but just ask. It was a good stay.
